These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Mavk Analytics LTD ("we", "us", "Duetto") governing your use of the Duetto Telegram Mini App, bot, website at theduetto.com, and related services (together, the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About us
The Service is operated by Mavk Analytics LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17024096), with registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, England.

2. What the Service does
Duetto provides personalised astrological and tarot content, including but not limited to natal chart readings, synastry (compatibility) readings, composite charts, daily transits, and AI-generated narrative interpretations.
The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, mental health, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, or career advice. Do not rely on the Service to make important life decisions. If you are in distress or considering decisions about your health, safety, finances, or relationships, consult a qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user we reasonably believe to be under 18 and delete their data.
4. Your account
Authentication is performed through Telegram. You do not create a Duetto password. Your account is linked to your Telegram user ID. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account; we are not responsible for losses arising from compromise of your Telegram credentials.
You agree to provide accurate birth data. The accuracy of readings depends on accurate input.
You may delete your account at any time from within the Mini App. Some data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Use the Service if you are under 18
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the rate limits we set
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit readings or other Service content
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue load on the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any other person
- Impersonate another person or provide false identity information
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train an AI/ML model
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to submit
We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms.
6. Payments
Some features require payment. Paid features are offered as one-off purchases via Telegram Stars (subject to Telegram's terms and the rates Telegram applies). A purchase unlocks a feature or a defined access period; it is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew.
Prices are displayed in the Mini App before purchase. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may change prices and product offerings at any time. If we introduce additional payment methods in the future, we will update these Terms and our Refund Policy accordingly and notify you in advance where required.
7. Intellectual property
All content generated by the Service — including the structure, design, code, astrological models, narrative templates, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to Mavk Analytics LTD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use your readings for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual readings with friends in private contexts and on social media for personal purposes. You may not resell readings or include them in any commercial product.
The data you provide (your name, birth data, partner data) remains yours. By submitting data, you grant us a licence to use it to deliver the Service to you as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on Telegram for delivery and authentication, on AI providers for narrative generation, and on payment processors for transactions. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
9. AI-generated content
Narrative interpretations are generated by an AI language model. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or surprising. We do not warrant that any specific reading is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI content is for entertainment.
10. Service availability
We aim to make the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, upgrades, security, or any other reason.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations or that any reading will be accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £50.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
- We are not liable for any decision you make based on a reading.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, these limitations do not affect your statutory rights.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or if required by law. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution) will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you in-app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you have the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
